Crimefest readies line-up for 2012

Crimefest 2012 will be the fifth year of the international crime convention, with Pan Macmillan's novelisation of Scandinavian TV drama "The Killing" to launch at the event, with an interview with the book's author David Hewson, and surprise appearances from the show's cast and production team.
Other author events will include interviews with Paul Doherty and Philip Kerr, with appearances also from Sue Grafton, and Roslund & Hellstrom.
The festival's Pitch An Agent strand will feature agents including Madeleine Buston from the Darley Anderson Agency, Broo Doherty from Wade & Doherty Literary Agency and David Headley, m.d. of DHH Literary Agency. The festival's Crime Writing Workshop will be lead by crime writer Janet Lawrence.
The Crime Writers Association will also announce its shortlists for its Dagger awards, with the annual Gala Dinner and CrimeFest Awards ceremony also to take place, announcing the winner of the eDunnit Award, the Goldsboro Last Laugh Award and the Audible Sounds of Crime Awards.
