Shortlist announced for 2011 Royal Society of New Zealand Manhire Prize for Creative Science Writing

    The shortlist for the 2011 Royal Society of New Zealand Manhire Prize for Creative Science Writing was announced this week.
    There are 10 shortlisted entries in the non-fiction and fiction categories, with the judge being Jo Randerson, a Wellington-based writer, theatre maker and cross media artist.
    The shortlisted stories can now be read online, together with an e-book of previous winning entries. This year’s winners will be announced at the 2011 Research Honours event on 16 November with $2,500 awarded to both. Read more…
