Clouds and Michael Parr and Blaine Western announce a project for Imperial Level One - a week of events hosted by The Imperial Building and ONE:

Michael Parr and Blaine Western are Auckland artists. Their work together has turned on thinking of architecture as a set of events, spatial contrivances or conceptual gestures that facilitate flexible usage and blurring of private and social space. Clouds is a publishing house dedicated to the publication of art books both about and by artists in Aotearoa New Zealand.
