Another word comes from Brent Detwiler about C.J. Mahaney.  Last week, Mahaney's flagship church with about 4000 members , Covenant Life, Gaithersburg, MD dumped Mahaney and Sovereign Grace Ministries.  Two days later, Mahaney's number two man at Sovereign Grace Ministries (SGM) stepped down.

Peter covered Mahaney's new church plant in Lexington, KY, however, I could not find the AP story that broke today, 17 Oct 2012. 

Perhaps my search at Courier-Journal was inadequate and perhaps the Courier carried the article.
