Rather odd that a predestinarian Anabaptist, a TULIP Anabaptist, John Piper, is commenting about Lent when non-conforming Presbyterians, Congregationalist, and Anabaptistic types have strenuously and energetically opposed the liturgical calendar.  Most odd.
