Bridget Williams Books (BWB) is launching BWB e-Reviews – a new digital service providing free and instant access to our latest books, for select reviewers.
BWB e-Reviews allows books to be read using a browser (with no plugins necessary) or downloaded to a wide range of reading devices, including iPads, smart phones, e-readers and desktop computers. Access is time-limited and granted by an email containing a unique voucher code or through a request to the BWB e-Reviews portal: http://bwb.ereviews.eb20.com
Print review copies can also be requested by reviewers using the service, in addition to providing feedback on the books directly to BWB. After viewing the books, reviewers can also send purchase recommendations to bookstores of their choice.
Three new titles are now available using BWB e-Reviews: ‘Webs of Empire’ by Tony Ballantyne, ‘Born to a Changing World’ by Alison Clarke and ‘Treaty of Waitangi Settlements’ edited by Nicola R. Wheen & Janine Hayward. BWB’s full list of books will be made available in BWB e-Reviews over time, providing immediate on-call review access for media, academics, librarians and others anywhere in the world.
BWB e-Reviews is powered by Ebooks Corporation and represents one part of a comprehensive digital publishing programme rolling out over the coming weeks.
Please contact BWB with any queries (info@bwb.co.nz) or visit the portal (http://bwb.ereviews.eb20.com) to request access to BWB e-Reviews.
