Archbishop James Ussher, the proto-author of the Westminster Standards, an Anglican Prayer Book Churchman. 
This Irish Churchman was an Anglican.  He and his Irish Churchmen were the authors of the "Irish Articles" of 1615, the benchmark for the Westminsterians.  His influence "far exceeded his own vision."  Lest we forget!
