Nigerian Christians Undeterred by Islamo-Fascism

A few asides. First, where is the U.S. State Department? Where is the national media? Where is MSNBC, CNN, FOX, ABC, CBS, or NBC? Second, 18 million Anglicans live in Nigeria and they are old school, 1662 Prayer Book Christians.   There are also other Christians under attack.  These ruthless bigots don't draw the distinctions.  Third, where is the U.N.?  Fourth, where is the
