Fleur Beale smallWellington writer Fleur Beale has won the 2012 Storylines Margaret Mahy Medal for her outstanding contribution to New Zealand writing for children and young adults. Come and hear Fleur's Margaret Mahy Lecture.

Also presented on the day are the Gaelyn Gordon, Joy Cowley, Tom Fitzgibbon and Tessa Duder Awards, with book launches from two of last years winners. We'll also be presenting the Notable Books List for 2012.
